1. All students who attended the meeting on 11/2 were given a white folder that had all of their fundraising information in the packet. As you finalize fundraising, please make sure you organize the information in the packet for us to process. All of the forms/paperwork will be processed by only a teachers so the better organized and clear the faster the process. Please make sure the correct information is on the order form and it is written clearly, please make sure that the order form and the money collected add up correctly, and please make sure all of the paperwork/money is sealed in that white folder.
2. We would also ask that if your child raised CASH that you consider writing a personal check for that amount and send in the check instead of the cash. This makes things a little easier to process and also ensures that if cash is lost between home and school, that we can resolve the issue quicker. Please consider doing this.
3. Remember that this is an individual fundraiser and any money your child raises will go directly to their trip costs. The breakdown is around 40% of total sales.
4. Fundraiser packets are due on Tuesday, November 13th. We know this is after a three-day weekend but we really need parents/students to remember this on that day so we can get things processed. All packets will be given directly to your child's homeroom teacher.
